How can I book a car?
You can easily book your car directly through our secure online reservation system. Simply choose your pick-up and drop-off location in Rhodes (Airport, Port, or Hotel), select the dates and car type, and confirm your booking. You can also contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email if you prefer to arrange your reservation manually.
What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The minimum age to rent a car is 23 years old, and you must have held a valid driving license for at least one year. Drivers under 23 are not covered by our insurance policy.
Where can I pick up the car?
We deliver cars at Rhodes Airport, Port, and most hotels on the island.
Can I return the car to a different location?
Yes, this can be arranged upon request. Please inform us in advance.
Do I need an International Driving Permit (IDP)?
EU, UK, US, Australian and Israeli licenses are accepted. Other nationalities may require an IDP.
What type of insurance is included?
Full insurance (F.D.W) with zero excess is included in all rentals.
What happens in case of breakdown or accident?
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance and immediate car replacement if needed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 72 hours before pickup.
Where to find you once we arrive at the airport?
Arrival Information
We do not have an office at the airport, but we offer direct car delivery upon your arrival.
