By making a reservation on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Driver’s Age: Drivers must be at least 23 years old for all car categories and must have held a valid driving license for a minimum of 1 year.
EU & Eligible National Licenses: EU citizens (as well as citizens from the U.K., Switzerland, Israel, U.S.A., Russia, Norway, Australia, Canada) may use their national driver’s license, along with a valid passport or ID card.
International Driving Permit (IDP): For all other drivers, an International Driving Permit (IDP) must be presented together with their national driver’s license.
All drivers must have held their license for at least 1 year.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made in cash or by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard).
Online Payment Security: All online card transactions and deposit payments processed through our website are safely executed through the encrypted environment of our payment provider, Viva.com (Viva Payments). Our company does not store or process sensitive card details (such as full card numbers or CVV codes).
You can easily book your car through our flexible online booking system.
Vehicle Availability: Fideles Rent a Car reserves the right to provide a similar or upgraded vehicle in case the reserved model is not available.
General Cancellations: Cancellations are free of charge up until the customer’s scheduled arrival date. If a booking is cancelled on or after the rental start date, no refund or partial refund is provided.
Early Returns: In case the vehicle is returned earlier than the agreed rental period, the remaining unused days are non-refundable. We kindly ask customers to inform us at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible.
Online Pre-paid Reservations / Deposits: If the customer has paid through our website, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations for online pre-paid bookings are accepted only up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date. After this time, the amount paid is non-refundable.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (via Viva.com) within 5–10 business days.
Free Delivery Zone: Free delivery and collection within 10km from Rhodes City.
Outside 10km Zone: €20 extra fee applies (depending on the exact km distance from our base in Rhodes Town).
Night Delivery (22:30 – 08:00): A €25 night delivery fee applies.
Fuel Policy: Fuel costs are the renter’s responsibility. Vehicles must be returned with the same level of fuel as received.
Ferry Restrictions: Transporting cars on ferries is strictly forbidden.
Personal Accident Insurance: Full coverage for driver and passengers according to international insurance standards, at no extra cost.
Material Damages: Coverage for damages caused to third-party property.
Fire & Theft Protection: 100% included.
Windscreens, Tyres & Undercarriage: Fully covered by insurance.
Natural Disasters: Coverage against damages caused by natural events.
Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly forbidden. An €80 cleaning fee will be charged if the car is returned with evidence of smoking.
Insurance does NOT apply if:
The driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Wrong Fuel: The renter is responsible for refilling with the correct fuel. In case of fuel error, the renter must pay for all repair and towing costs.
The vehicle is driven off-road.
Traffic laws and regulations (Greek Road Code) are violated.
In case of an accident or damage, the driver must immediately inform the rental office and follow the given instructions.
